At our Internet shop you can search for products either by typing in the product name or the code number in the search box.
The products you have chosen will be in your shopping cart and you can modify the contents of your shopping cart before accepting the final order.
We will confirm your order with an e-mail. Our delivery is fast and usually the ordered products leave our premises Tuesdays and Fridays as we have received your payment. Orders placed during fairs and events are usually delivered within a week.
Before entering the ”Payment methods” we kindly request you to fill in your contact information, which is necessary for delivering your order. We use the information only in order to contact you and we do not forward any information to direct mail advertising.

Payment by Finnish Banks
Paytrail payment-gateway service transmits your payment to the merchant. All Finnish banks are available as a payment method. Our service is a registered payment-institution under the supervision of the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA).
After selecting your method of payment, the transaction process enters the payment-system selected. After completing the transaction, when you return to the webshop where the order itself was made, information of a successful payment is immediately transferred to the merchant. The payment is made out to an account managed by Paytrail, and then transferred to the merchant.

For international orders you can make an advance money payment directly to us.

Linen Shop follows the common mail-order regulations concerning returning of purchases. We have a 14 day return policy providing that the products have not been used. We wish that you will return the products in the original shipment package so that they will not be damaged on the way. Please also kindly inform us, why you wish to return your purchase so that we can develop our products and service.
